Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures.
We offer free fast shipping, handle customs clearance, and cover all import taxes and duties, so you can shop with confidence and without any unexpected fees.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link via email. For pre-orders, your package will be shipped with the next scheduled production batch. Please refer to the product page for the latest estimated shipping date.

Returns & Refunds

14-Day return window

Unopened or factory damaged products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products, including serums, cannot be returned. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Due to the nature of personal skincare devices, approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number. We will then provide the address of our local return hub partner. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
